To apply the fixes (and the data push), please force close and restart the game. After this, you should see "Data Version: 7.1.0.103854" at the bottom of the settings screen.

If you were affected and didn't contact Customer Service yet, please do so.

Please refrain from sending more than one message regarding your inquiry as the team is processing all tickets and it can slow down the ticketing process for other players' issues.

Only for VIP players:

  • Aetherdrift Boosters (DFT):

    • Booster Pack: 70 Mana Crystals for VIP (wrong price is 80 Mana Crystals – 10 MC of refund).

    • Super Pack: 190 Mana Crystals for VIP (wrong price is 200 Mana Crystals – 10 MC of refund).

    • Premium Pack: 300 Mana Crystals for VIP (wrong price is 320 Mana Crystals – 20 MC of refund).

  • Foundations Boosters (FDN):

    • Super Pack: 150 Mana Crystals for VIP (wrong price is 170 Mana Crystals – 20 MC of refund).

    • Premium Pack: 250 Mana Crystals for VIP (wrong price is 280 Mana Crystals – 30 MC of refund).

  • Duskmourn Boosters (DSK):

If you purchased one (or more) of the above-mentioned boosters after updating the game to the 7.1.0 version, please contact CS so they can refund you.

Please provide the account UID number, name, and quantity of boosters purchased when contacting CS.

Hello everyone,

The team is aware of some issues affecting players after they update the game to the new version (7.1.0).

  • Issue #1 affects all players.

DSK Boosters have the incorrect price and it also affects the VIP discount.
The team is checking which Boosters Sets were affected and we will update here as soon as possible with the Booster Packs list and their correct prices.

  • Issue #2 affects all VIP Players (no matter which VIP Plan you have active now).

The VIP discount is not applied to DFT Boosters in the vault. They are showing the regular price.

DFT Booster Pack: 70 Mana Crystals for VIP (regular is 80 Mana Crystals).
DFT Super Pack: 190 Mana Crystals for VIP (regular is 200 Mana Crystals).
DFT Premium Pack: 300 Mana Crystals for VIP (regular is 320 Mana Crystals).

Players who were affected by Issue #1 or VIP players who were affected by one or both issues, please contact Customer Support with the account UID number, name, and quantity of boosters purchased. 

Players will receive a refund referring to the price (or VIP discount) not applied correctly to their purchase(s).
