Device Change - Facebook


When you change devices, you can have some issues while transferring your account progress from one device to another.

If your account is linked to Facebook, once you get the new device, login to your Facebook profile and click on yes when a prompt shows up, then the game will load your account save (it also works for iOS users that linked their account to Apple ID).
Keep in mind that Facebook feature only works if both devices have the same operational system (Android to Android or iOS to iOS).
Let us know if you were able to access your account progress on your new device.

Cross-platform data transfers are currently not compatible within the game, and you will not be able to play the same game using different operating systems, but you can choose your preferred device to play on.

Once you choose your preferred device and a transfer needs to be done from Android to iOS or from iOS to Android device, we will require the following information:

1) The Account UID Number and Username for the Account you wish to keep (this should be the account on the old device).
1.1) The name of some planeswalkers/cards you have on the account you wish to keep to confirm the ownership.

2) The Account UID Number and Username for the Secondary Account (this should be the account on the new device).

Keep in mind, to transfer your desired save to your desired device, we will need to overwrite the account's progress on the new device. Overwriting an account will delete the account and it will no longer be usable after the account transfer has been completed. All progress on the account will be lost (it includes all limited cards acquired and purchases made).


Device Change - No Facebook


If your account was never linked to Facebook or Apple Account (only for iOS users), your account progress is saved on your device and once you change devices, to access your old progress on the new device requires a manual transfer in our system.
* Keep in mind that Google Play Games only works to unlock achievements, it doesn’t save your game progress.

If you would like to continue with the transfer, then please provide the following information:
