The team identified an issue with the Coalition Rank Rewards in the event Terrors in the Shadows.
Players received an outdated Standard Booster Pack Duplicable as part of the Coalition Rank Rewards.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will send the correct packs to the affected players, following their placement in the event, as listed below:
- Coalition Rank 1-2: 03 Standard Booster Pack Duplicable 7.4.0
- Coalition Rank 3-10: 02 Standard Booster Pack Duplicable 7.4.0
- Coalition Rank 11-100: 01 Standard Booster Pack Duplicable 7.4.0
Compensation will be sent to the affected players' inboxes shortly and is delivered in batches so as not to overflow the servers. Some players may have already received compensation, while others may have to wait a little longer. But don't worry, soon it will be in your inbox.
If you were affected and didn't receive your item by the end of Wednesday, October 8th, please contact Customer Support, and they'll check what happened with your compensation.
