Update: April 2nd at 20:07 UTC.

We noticed that this issue started around April 25th and the majority of the affected players were out of the game on the 26th.

If you were affected by this issue and was unable to log into the game for more than a day, please contact Customer Support so they can check if you are eligible for compensation.

Hello everyone,

The team is aware of the issue that some players using iOS devices are stuck at the “Logging In” page when they try to get into the game.

This may affect players who use Apple ID or Facebook login methods.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and we are working to fix it as soon as possible.

The workaround we have now is to uninstall and reinstall the game. Then log into your account again.

We’ll update here as we get more information from the team.
