As March ended, the team ran another list with the affected players by this issue.

This new list had more players than the first, so the affected players who didn’t get their compensation by March 22nd got it some minutes ago.

Some clarification about this issue:

1) This issue affected March's extra reward that you get after claiming the 21st daily reward of the month which you can see marked in red on the image below.

 

It's not about the daily reward you claimed on March 21st as it can be the 1st reward of the month or the 21st (if you didn't miss a day).

If you missed 01 or more days collecting the daily rewards in March, your 21st reward can be on March 22nd (if you lost 01 daily reward) or March 23rd  (if you lost 02 daily rewards), and so on.  

 

2) About the inbox message. All players received the message below informing them about the known issue and linking to this FAQ. This was an informative message to explain in more detail the status of this issue. This message doesn't contain the compensation because it was sent before we knew who was affected.

 

A second message was sent ONLY to the affected players. This message also links to this FAQ and has the compensation (01 MKM Super Pack) that can be collected after clicking the "Claim" button.

 

3) If you were affected and didn't receive the compensation or don't see the second message (with the "Claim" button) in your inbox, please let Customer Service know so they can check if you were out of the list of the affected players or why the message is not visible to you.

**The affected players were the ones who claimed their 21st daily reward from the March calendar on  March 21st from 00:00 UTC until around 19:00 UTC.

Update: March 25th at 13:30 UTC.

The compensation was sent to all the affected players on Friday and the last batch was sent at 18:15 UTC.

We sent the compensation to the affected players.

We're doing a double-check for those players who claimed the 21st Daily Reward around the data push release time (March 21st at 19:00 UTC).

Update: March 22nd at 11:41 UTC.

The team fixed this issue yesterday via data push. To apply the data push, force close and restart the game. Players who claimed their 21st daily read after the data push received the correct reward (01 MKM Super Pack).

Now that this issue is fixed, we are sorting the list of the affected players and later we’ll send the compensation to them.

The team is aware of the issue that March’s extra reward (21 days) from the Daily Reward gives 01 MKM Booster Pack instead of 01 MKM Super Pack.

The image on the reward page is correct, but the item received by the players is wrong.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and we are working to fix it as soon as possible.

The affected players will be compensated and will receive 01 MKM Super Pack in their inbox.

As soon as this issue is fixed and we have a list of the affected players, the compensation will be sent to their inbox.
