The team is aware of an issue caused by an EOE card, where an error pop-up appears when the pack is being opened, skipping the booster opening animation, and causing subsequent packs to present the same behavior.
If the player received the error, they are stuck with the following screens:
To dismiss the pop-up, just click the cancel button.
When such a thing occurs, the same error pop-up shows in the shop anytime the player tries to purchase or open a booster.
After receiving the error for the first time, the convert duplicates action is stuck, but you can still purchase new boosters or open unopened boosters from your shop.
For Booster Purchase, the currency (Mana Crystals or Mana Jewels) will decrease (corresponding to the booster purchase), all new cards will be added to the player’s collection (without the new tag), and duplicate cards are stuck and not converted to Mana Runes and Orbs.
For Booster Opening, the Booster will disappear from your Shop (as you opened it), all new cards will be added to the player’s collection (without the new tag), and duplicate cards are stuck and not converted to Mana Runes and Orbs.
Once the issue is fixed, duplicated cards will be processed as usual.
The team is already working on a fix for this issue, and a patch containing the fix will be released soon.
