Guest Account
If your Magic account has never been linked to Facebook, you have a Guest Account, an account that is saved on your device. If you have a Guest account, when you change devices, you'll need to contact us to manually move your account data to the new device.
Apple ID Account
If you have an Apple device, you can connect through Apple ID, this option saves the game and allows that you play on different devices, as long as all devices are iOS and are connected to the same iCloud. With the Apple ID login, you do not need to link your account to Facebook to keep it safe.
Google Account
Like Apple ID, Google Account is an option to save your account and play on different devices. This is an alternative option for those who didn't use Facebook and have an Android device.
Facebook Account
If your Magic account is linked to Facebook you can play on multiple devices and move your account data (on your own) to another device. You just need to log in with your Facebook on the new device. Keep in mind that this feature only works if both devices have the same operating system (iOS to iOS or Android to Android).

Unfortunately, the in-game Facebook Backup feature for Magic: Puzzle Quest cannot be used to transfer saved data between iOS and Android devices. Keep in mind that cross-platform data transfers are currently not compatible within the game, and you will not be able to play the same game using different operating systems.
In this case, you will need to contact us so that we can manually transfer the data saved in your account from one device to another. While this transfer does not allow you to play games on both devices, it should allow you to use your preferred device.
