When you open Magic: Puzzle Quest and you come across the start page of the game, click on the green Start button (if you have not linked your account to Facebook) or on the Facebook login icon (if you have already linked your account to Facebook) or on the Apple ID login icon (only for iOS device users - if you have already linked your account to your Apple ID)or on the Google Play login icon (only for Android users - if you have already linked your account to Google) and please be sure to select yes. This will allow the game to recognize your save and continue you on with your game save.
If you have already selected to not log-in with your Facebook account or Apple ID, then you will need to play through the Tutorial where you can then connect your Facebook or Apple or Google save to the game and restore your previous save (open game’s Settings after the tutorial to complete this process).
Sometimes the game logs you out from your Facebook or Apple account and you’ll need to login back to access your progress. Let us know if you were able to access your account progress back.
If this is not the case or if you already did this and it didn’t work, we will need to restore your save manually.
To recover your account, we will require the following information:
1) The Account UID Number as it currently appears on your device (you can find this information at the bottom of the Settings screen).
* If you are on a new device, you need to create a new account to restore your old/lost save on it.
2) The Account UID Number and Username you registered on the lost account that you wish to restore.
2.1) The name of some planeswalkers/cards you have on the account you wish to keep to confirm the ownership.
3) If you don't have access to the UID Number of the lost account, we need some details to search for it in our system:
3.1) The Username you registered on the lost account (this information is very important, because the search starts here);
3.2) Approximate date of the last login on your lost account;
3.3) If you made Purchases via Google Play Store or Apple Store, you can send us a screenshot of the receipt(s) that the store send to your email when the purchase is completed (screenshot should include all purchase details: order ID, date of purchase, and what was purchased);
Apple Store receipt looks like:
Order Id: XX00XX0XXX (a mix of numbers and letters)
Date: 00/00/0000
Item: Name of the item purchased.
Google Play Store receipt looks like:
Order Id: GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000
Date: 00/00/0000
Item: Name of the item purchased.
3.4) Name of some Unlocked Planeswalkers and Rare Cards;
3.5) Your coalition name if you were in one;
3.6) Make, Model, and OS Version of the device you were using with your lost account (Ex: Samsung Galaxy S10 Android 10).
4) Please confirm that you will lose the progress on the new account once we have restored your lost account (it includes all limited cards acquired and purchases made).
