Introducing the New Quest System
Starting with game version 7.2.1 (released on May 2025), the game has a redesigned Quest System that updates the old Journal, offering:
New and updated quests.
More quests available at the same time.
More types of rewards.
Quests Reward Progression, with rewards when players reach milestones.
We have 05 quest slots with a different group of quests in each one. We aimed at each type of player using all kinds of quests: simpler ones that new players can achieve, and harder ones to give players more challenges.
From “Match 3 or more Green gems 10 times” to “Attack 3 times with a creature that has Flying”, you have predefined quests to complete at any time. As the player completes quests, they receive the following rewards:
Quests from Group 1: 100 XP + 100 Mana Runes.
Quests from Group 2: 100 XP + 100 Mana Runes.
Quests from Group 3: 200 XP + 200 Mana Runes.
Quests from Group 4: 01 Free Booster (Single Card)* + 02 Mana Crystals.
Quests from Group 5: 450 XP + 01 Mana Jewel.
* This Booster gives you only 01 card and has the same pool as the Free Booster.
In addition to Daily Quests, players will receive higher rewards for completing the Weekly Reward: complete 25 Daily Quests to earn 1,500 XP, 5,000 Mana Runes, 30 Mana Crystals, and 01 Newest Set Booster Pack.
The Guiding Journal was retired, and its reward (4,500 Mana Runes, 125 Mana Crystals, Conclave Naturalist Card, 03 Origins Booster Pack, 02 Nissa Initial Deck Booster) is automatically given to players.
If they are in the middle of the Guiding Journal, all quests will be automatically completed once players install the game build 7.2.1, and they can claim the remaining rewards.
New players will receive all rewards after completing the Tutorial’s third battle.
Daily Quests
Players have 05 quests available daily. Whenever they complete a quest, they can collect its reward, then that slot will be empty, and a 100% progress and “Completed” text will show up
Every day at 15:00 UTC (or GMT +0), the quests are reset and players will receive 05 new daily quests.
If the slot is empty (quest completed), a new quest will show up.
If the quest is not completed (or in progress), it will be rerolled. Players will lose the progress on this quest, and a new one will show up.
If the quest is completed but the reward has not been claimed yet, the reward is automatically claimed, and a new quest shows up.
If unsatisfied with the quest received, you can reroll it and receive another one. Each reroll costs 05 Mana Crystals, and you can use this option as many times as you want to.
Weekly Reward
Players have an additional Quest for the week: complete 25 daily quests to earn a bigger reward.
You’ll see your progress through the week (progress bar highlighted in red) and the time left (highlighted in yellow).
The Weekly Reward will reset every Tuesday at 15:00 UTC.
Quests- A “how-to” guide.
Once you have collected the Daily Reward, you’ll see the quests available on the Home page.
The progress for each quest will show as a percentage circle, and you can check it on the Home page or during a battle.
If you are in the middle of a battle, just pause the game, then press and hold the “Journal Quests” button to have access to your Quest progress.
As you complete each Quest, you will be able to CLAIM its rewards.
Click the Claim button to collect your reward. A pop-up will open showing you the rewards earned.
Then the slot will be “empty” showing 100% progress and the “Completed” text.
A new quest will show on this slot once the Daily Quests timer reaches zero.
This is the REROLL button (marked in red). Now, when pressing it, you can exchange the current Daily Quest with another one.
Each reroll costs 05 Mana Crystals, and you can use it as many times as you want. After clicking the button, the game will open a pop-up to confirm if you want to proceed with the reroll and spend 05 Mana Crystals.
Note that each slot or group has its specific Quests in a limited number. The reroll will provide new Quests until you have received all of the Quests from that group.
Example:
If a group has 10 quests and the player has already received all of them because of the reroll, all 10 return to the pool, and the player will get one of them a second time the next time they use the reroll.
Important notes:
The Quest progress is registered at the end of the battle (when you win or hit the quit button).
If the game closes in the middle of the battle (by itself or you have to force close it due to a freeze), all the progress you made during this battle in one or more quests won’t be registered.
Example: You had the quest “Cast 30 cards of any color” 50% complete (or 15 cards cast). You join a battle and cast 05 cards. This leaves you at 66% progress (or 20 cards cast). You are still in the middle of the battle, and the game closes by itself. The progress you made in this unfinished battle (05 cards cast) is not registered, and the quest progress won’t update. The next time you open the game, the quest will still show at 50% progress.
Every day at 15:00 UTC, all 05 slots of quests will refresh, no matter their progression.
The Weekly Reward progression resets every Tuesday at 15:00 UTC (or GMT +0), so you have one week to complete daily quests to earn this reward.
At the end of the week, the maximum number of quests you can receive/complete is 35. So you can “skip” up to 10 quests and still collect the Weekly Reward.
Each Quest Group has a limited number of quests. The reroll will provide new Quests until you have received all of them, and then you’ll receive each a second time.
