While most players receive in-game purchases immediately, on some occasion, it can take a little longer.
If you did not receive your purchases or it seems like it failed during the process, the first thing you should do is check if you have a receipt (you can look for it on your personal profile at the app store).
If you already have a receipt, try using the "Restore Purchases" button in-game. You will find it on the Settings screen.

If you don't have a receipt, it means that your purchase did not go through. You can contact the store support first or just try buying again.
In case you have a receipt but could not restore your purchase, get in contact with Customer Support, sending us your receipt, and we will be happy to help you.
