This post will be continuously updated as new card sets are introduced and as older card sets rotate out into the Legacy Format.
Starting in game version 3.0 (November 2018), Standard in Magic: PQ will follow tabletop Magic: The Gathering’s own Standard format, with the single difference of Origins, Puzzle Masters, Jumpstart, and Puzzle Masters 2 being always available (in Standard). You can check more details about this change here.
In May 2023, Wizards of the Coast announced a change in the Standard rotation (check their announcement
Sets will rotate out of Standard every three years rather than every two years.
New sets will be added to Standard, and, once per year (after the Autumn or Q3 set release), the oldest year's worth of sets in Standard rotate out.
Starting in 2027, following Wizards of the Coast's announcement change here, the Standard rotation will happen when the first main set releases in-game in the year, instead of with the Autumn (or Q3) set release. The rotation will be based on calendar year, rather than the ‘Magic Year’ that runs from Autumn to Autumn.
To accommodate this switch, there will be no rotation when the 2026 Q3 set is released.

P.S. 1: The next Standard rotation will take place at the beginning of 2027 with the release of the first main set of the year in-game, and the following seven oldest sets will rotate out of Standard: Wilds of Eldraine, Lost Caverns of Ixalan, Murders at Karlov Manor, Outlaws of Thunder Junction, Bloomburrow, Duskmourn: House of Horror, and Foundations.
P.S. 2: Foundations in Magic: Puzzle Quest will rotate out of Standard as a common set (in this case, together with DSK as informed in this forum post). We won’t follow WotC’s rule that “Foundations will be legal in Standard until at least 2029” (their announcement here).
