Yes. First, try to restore your save via Facebook or Google Account (only for Android devices) or Apple ID (only for iOS devices).
 
This can be done by opening the main menu screen of the game (hamburger menu - upper left) and then SETTINGS. Once there, please click on the Facebook, Google, or Apple icon to restore a save.
 
The game will request you to restore a previously linked save. Proceed by confirming the restoration. Doing this will cause your account data to be changed to a different account's save.
Keep in mind that the game will load the account progress tied to the Facebook profile already logged on the device (on the Facebook app and/or browser).

Note:
- If you are loading your saved game onto a new device, you do not need to proceed through the tutorial again.  Access the Facebook or Google or Apple button to load your save onto your new device.
- If you are in the middle of the tutorial, you first have to finish it so you can open the game’s Settings screen.
