If you are accessing this page via a browser (computer, phone, or another device):
At the bottom of this page, you will find a “Need more help?” message and a “Contact us” red button. Click on the button, and a form will open. Fill out the form and submit your ticket. Before submitting your ticket, check if the “Magic: Puzzle Quest” option in the form is selected correctly and if your email is correctly typed.

Additionally, please be sure to share in your ticket the following information (no matter the way you submit it):
- Your Account UID number (you can find this information at the bottom of the game's Settings or loading screen – you can take a screenshot showing the UID and send it to us to avoid any typo).
- Provide any screenshots and/or documentation to expedite the process.
- Don’t forget to give us all the details you can about your issue.
