We have received reports from some iOS players who are getting stuck in a loop when trying to update their game after the release of version 7.9.1. We have been investigating the issues and the circumstances that might have caused them
The behavior was related to the way the software distribution system on Apple devices works whenever a new game version is made available, such as the game update to version 7.9.1.
Apple has now resolved the issue, and you should be able to access the game again. If you are still experiencing problems, please try reinstalling the game. If you are still unable to log in after that, please contact our Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you.
We will be providing compensation to all players who were affected by this issue. Each affected player will receive 100 Mana Crystals and 1x SOS Premium Pack.
We kindly ask for your patience, as these items will be distributed gradually. However, if you were affected and have not received your compensation by June 9, 2026, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
