Hello everyone,

The team informed us that all issues listed here (and some others) were fixed in the Data Push they made some hours ago.
Please be sure to force close and restart the game.
To be sure the fixes were applied to your game, you should see "Data Version: 7.7.0.108674" at the bottom of the game's settings screen.

You can check for more details on the fixes here.

Now that the fix is live, players affected by the issue who were holding the boosters in their Shop can open them now, as they will have the non-dupe tag applied to them.

For the players who already opened the boosters while the issue was live and had contacted us, the team is working on the ticket list and will get back to you soon to send the correct Booster(s).

Hello everyone,

The team is aware of an issue affecting players after they update the game to the new version:

VIP Boosters and VIP Single Rare version 7.7.0 (ECL) are missing the non-dupe tag.

If you still have one or more of these packs in your Shop, please wait for the fix before opening them so you can get non-dupe cards.

If you have already opened the boosters and received a duplicate card because of this issue, please contact Customer Support, informing your UID number, which non-dupe booster you opened and got duplicate cards, and when you opened them (please don't forget to mention the time zone you are in).

This issue will be fixed in the next Data Push.
