Our team noticed a problem with the ECL Booster Box & ECL Collector Box that was available in the Store for some minutes right after the update.
The bundle included ECL Rare Cards Booster instead of ECL Super Packs.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
These bundles were already fixed via data push (Data Version 7.7.0.108648) and will deliver the correct items if the players purchase them now.
All players who purchased the Bundles (that delivered incorrect items) will receive in their inboxes the correct boosters according to the bundle purchased:
- ECL Booster Box: 12x ECL_Super_Pack
- ECL Collector Box: 4x ECL_Super_Pack
Keep in mind that the inboxes' messages are delivered in batches so as not to overflow our server. Some players may have already received compensation, while others may have to wait a little longer. But don't worry that soon it will be in your inbox.
If you have not received the boosters by Wednesday (January 28th), please contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the Bundle Purchase receipt, and they'll check what happened with your compensation.
