The team identified an issue with the Terrasymbiosis Event that prevented some players from continuing playing the event, as the next node didn’t populate.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This issue could happen after winning matches 1 to 5. This means the affected players had at least one win in the event (the second node didn’t populate, for example) and couldn’t progress far past the fifth node (the sixth node didn’t populate, for example).

The affected players will receive the following compensation: 02 EOE Super Pack.

Compensation will be sent to the affected players' inboxes shortly and is delivered in batches so as not to overflow the servers. Some players may have already received compensation, while others may have to wait a little longer. But don't worry, soon it will be in your inbox.

If you were affected and didn't receive your item by Sunday, October 26th, please contact Customer Support, and they'll check what happened with your compensation.
