The team informed us that all issues listed here (and some others) were fixed in the Data Push they made about an hour ago.
Please be sure to force close and restart the game.
To be sure the fixes were applied to your game, you should see "Data Version: 7.3.0.105293" at the bottom of the settings screen.
You can check for more details on the fixes here.
Now that the fix is live, players affected by the issue "Standard Masterpiece Booster Pack 7.3.0 non-dupe" who were holding the booster in their Shop can open them now, as they will have the correct pool applied to them.
For the players who already opened the boosters while the issue was live and had contacted us, the team is working on the ticket list and will get back to you soon to send the correct Booster.

Hello everyone,
We have another known issue. The "Standard Masterpiece Booster Pack 7.3.0 non-dupe" from VIP Rewards includes other card rarities, rather than only Masterpiece, as it should be.
If you were affected by this issue (and didn't receive a Masterpiece card from his Booster), please contact Customer Support so they can check what happened and give you another one once it's fixed, if that's the case.
We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
The team is currently working on the fix.
If you have an unopened Standard Masterpiece Booster Pack 7.3.0 non-dupe sitting in your Shop, we advise you to hold it until the fix is live.

The notification bubble from the shop displays a number even if the player has zero items in the shop.
It should display the right number of items players have in the shop.
