The entry fee refund was scheduled for the affected players' inboxes and is delivered in batches so as not to overflow our server. Some players may have already received compensation while others may have to wait a little longer. But don't worry that soon it will be in your inbox.
If you joined the event and did not receive your item by Wednesday, November 20th, please contact Customer Support and they'll check what happened with your refund.

Hello everyone,
Our team is aware of the soflocks happening at the event Skoti Bloodline.
This is an issue affecting multiple events. The team is already working on the fix, which should be available in the next update.
To prevent further incoveniences, the event has ended and a new PvP event, Trial of Ambition, is being offered.
The entrance fee for Skoti Bloodline will be refunded to all who participated in it at the beginning of the next week. There's no need to open a ticket for this reason at this moment, all players enrolled in the event will receive this refund.
