We would like to address the recent issue encountered during the Doomskar Claimants Coalition event. Unfortunately, this edition was affected by soft locks in the bottom right and bottom left nodes, which impacted the gameplay experience and, as this was a Coalition event, affected the community at a broader level. We sincerely apologize for this disruption.
Our team identified the issue shortly after the event began. The development team is now actively working on a resolution, which should be implemented soon. This occurrence does not meet our quality standards. We want to assure you that additional measures are being taken to prevent similar issues from affecting players in the future.
As part of these improvements, we have identified other event supports affected by this same issue. These areas are now also being addressed by the development and QA teams. Additionally, we are enhancing our verification processes before scheduling events. This will add an extra layer of protection against similar problems and help ensure a smoother experience for all players.
We understand that this weekend's experience may have been impacted beyond what immediate fixes can fully resolve. Recognizing that rewards are just one part of the overall event experience, we will be providing 01 Standard Mythic Booster Pack 6.9.0 (non-dupe) to all players who registered for this weekend's run of Doomskar Claimants. Compensation will be sent to player inboxes shortly. If you do not receive your item by Friday, November 15th, please contact Customer Support.
