User data is only used to provide a better gaming experience to the players. If you would like the deletion of yours, please contact Customer Support with your request. Remember that this process can’t be undone.

 

If your account is linked to Apple ID (only for iOS devices), we have an alternative option. You can delete your account (or user data) on your own by clicking the red button “Delete Account” (marked in yellow on the screenshot below) on the game’s settings screen.

 

The game will open a pop-up giving you more details about what will happen to your account and asking for confirmation. This process can’t be undone.

If you are 100% sure of your decision, select the “Accept” checkbox (marked in yellow on the screenshot below) and click “Confirm” (the green button).
