If you notice something is not working properly in-game, we advise you to complete the following process.

After completing this process, you’ll be logged out of your account. The first time you open the game you’ll see the start screen asking you to log in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple ID to access your save.

If you can’t access your game progress at the end of this process, check this FAQ for more details about how to restore your game save.

For Android devices

(Exact terminology may vary depending on your device’s manufacturer. If you need more information, consult their Support channels.)

0. Make sure you are using a registered account and not a guest account. More information can be found here.

1. Open your device's main Settings app.

2. Click Apps or Application Manager (depending on your device, this may be different).

3. Click Magic: Puzzle Quest App (or click and hold the app icon and click on app info).

4. Click Storage.

5. Click CLEAR CACHE > OK.

6. Click CLEAR DATA > OK.

7. Click the back arrow to go back to the main menu.

8. Relaunch the game.

For iOS devices

Since iOS doesn’t allow users to clear the cache or data for most of the apps, the only option to do this is by deleting and reinstalling the app.

The procedure is explained below:

1. Tap and hold the Magic: Puzzle Quest app icon.

2. A pop-up will open. Click “Remove App”.

3. Another pop-up will open. Click “Delete App”.

4. Confirm by clicking “Delete” (notice that the pop-up says “Deleting this app also delete its data”).

5. Open the App Store.

6. Search for Magic: Puzzle Quest app.

7. Reinstall the game from the App Store.

8. Open the game.
