To check the status of your communication in-game with customer support for Magic: Puzzle Quest, please do the following:
  • Please tap on the Side Menu Button at the top left corner of the game (sometimes referred to as the hamburger button).
  • Tap on Settings.
  • Tap on Help Center (FAQ).
  • Here you will be able to see the game FAQ or submit a customer support ticket via the Contact Us option.
  • A notification will appear in the game via the inbox when support responds to your message. Please note it may take 24 - 72 hours to receive a response.
Please note Customer service is open on weekdays (Monday to Friday), from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM UTC. These services will be closed on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays and events. It may take 24 - 72 hours to receive a response as customer service responds to messages in the order they arrive.
