What is the difference between Classic and Latest Legends packs?
Latest Legends packs contain the last three 5-Star heroes that were released and all 4-Star heroes (except Limited characters like Devil Dino). Classic Legends packs contain all 5-Star heroes that have been rotated out of Latest Legends packs as well as all 4-Star heroes (except Limited characters like Devil Dino).

How are 5-Star Heroes rotated out of Latest Legends packs and into Classic Legends packs?
When new 5-Star heroes are released, they are added to the Latest Legends packs. 5-Star heroes that were released before the last three 5-Star heroes are rotated into the Classic Legends packs.
