ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

With your mobile device that you play MARVEL Puzzle Quest on, please log into the game and click on the “Gear Icon” in the top left corner. Scroll down to DELETE ACCOUNT button and you will be directed to a website with steps to follow.

Please read the instructions and each step carefully as this is a permanent action and can not be reversed after 14 days.

Once you have made your decision to delete your account, please mark the check box to confirm that you agree to move forward with the deletion.

When you have confirmed this decision, please click on the Continue With Account Deletion button.

Your account deletion is now pending. If you believe you made this request in error or have changed your mind, please reach out to customer support at mpqsupport@d3go.com within 14 days to restore your account.

This account deletion request can also be made via Customer Support by emailing mpqsupport@d3go.com.  Please note, requests via email may take longer to complete due to additional account confirmations and available business hours.
