While most players receive in-game purchases immediately, on occasion, it can take up to 6 hours to receive items and currency.

If purchases were made via the Apple App Store and the items have not appeared, you may want to try force re-starting your mobile device.

If purchases were made via Google Play and the items have not arrived within 6 hours, you may want to log into your Google account and confirm that your purchase has not been cancelled.

If purchases were made via Amazon and  the items have not appeared, you may want to try force re-starting your mobile device. You may also want to verify that your  1-Click payment method is valid.
